These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through www.kingsoftools.com.
Kings of Tools is operated by SP AB, organisation number 556650-3701.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
1. Orders and formation of contract
Products displayed in our online store constitute an invitation to place an order.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
You will receive an electronic acknowledgement or order confirmation after placing the order.
Kings of Tools reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- incorrect customer or delivery information has been provided;
- fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected;
- legal or regulatory restrictions prevent fulfilment; or
- an obvious pricing, product information or technical error has occurred.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Consumers must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into the purchase contract.
2. Prices, VAT and errors
Prices, applicable VAT and currency are displayed in the online store and at checkout.
The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be displayed before the order is completed.
Despite our efforts, pricing, product information or other errors may occasionally occur.
Kings of Tools reserves the right to correct obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors.
Where an obvious error materially affects an order, we may contact you and offer you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers and additional terms from the selected payment provider may apply.
Kings of Tools may delay dispatch until payment has been authorised or otherwise secured in accordance with the selected payment method.
4. Delivery
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges are displayed in our online store or at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has expressly been agreed.
We aim to process and dispatch available products promptly but cannot guarantee a particular delivery date unless expressly agreed.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will endeavour to inform you.
Mandatory consumer rights regarding delayed delivery remain unaffected.

5. Availability
Product availability information is provided in good faith but may occasionally be incorrect due to simultaneous orders, inventory discrepancies, supplier delays or technical errors.
If we cannot supply an ordered product, we may cancel the affected product or order and refund any amount already paid for it.
Where appropriate, we may contact you to offer an alternative, which you are free to accept or reject.
6. Split deliveries
Kings of Tools may split an order into several shipments where reasonably necessary.
Where we decide to split an order, you will not be charged additional shipping costs solely because of the split unless otherwise expressly agreed.
7. Risk during transport
For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage generally remains with Kings of Tools until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, has physically received the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Different rules may apply if you independently commission a carrier that was not offered by Kings of Tools.
For business customers, risk may pass in accordance with separately agreed delivery terms or applicable commercial law.
8. Inspection and damaged deliveries
We recommend that you inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If a product appears damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact:

Photographs of the product and packaging may help us investigate transport damage or other issues.
Failure by a consumer to report transport damage immediately does not remove mandatory statutory rights.
9. Defective or non-conforming goods
Consumers have statutory rights where goods do not conform to the purchase contract.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.
Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights.
10. Right of withdrawal
Consumers purchasing at a distance generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Details of how to exercise this right, return costs, refunds, product handling and applicable exceptions are contained in our Return and Refund Policy.
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to customers purchasing primarily for business or professional purposes.
11. Uncollected deliveries
If a parcel is delivered to a collection point, you are responsible for collecting it within the period specified by the carrier.
Failure to collect a parcel does not, by itself, constitute a valid exercise of a consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.
If an uncollected shipment is returned to us, we may, where permitted by applicable law, deduct or charge the reasonable and actual costs incurred as a result of the failed delivery and return.
Any remaining refundable amount will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
12. Incorrect delivery information and failed delivery
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery information.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, telephone number or other necessary information, or because nobody is available where attendance was reasonably required for an agreed delivery, the carrier may return the shipment.
Where permitted by applicable law, Kings of Tools may charge or deduct reasonable and actual additional costs caused by such failed delivery.
This does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
13. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photographs and other information are accurate.
However, minor variations may occur.
Product colours displayed on screens may differ from actual colours due to display settings, lighting, production variations and other technical factors.
Manufacturers may also make reasonable technical or packaging changes without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially affect the product's agreed characteristics.
Nothing in this section affects statutory rights where goods do not conform to the contract.
14. Professional use and suitability
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application and for following applicable:
- product instructions;
- technical information;
- safety requirements;
- manufacturer recommendations; and
- good professional practice.
Product descriptions, recommendations or other information provided by Kings of Tools do not replace the customer's own assessment of suitability for a particular application, particularly in professional or specialised applications.
This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Misuse and unauthorised modification
Kings of Tools is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage caused by improper use, neglect, abnormal use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised modification, incorrect maintenance or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not reasonably intended.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defects that existed when the product was delivered or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
For consumers, any limitation of liability contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable consumer law.
For business customers, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kings of Tools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of production, loss of contracts or similar commercial losses arising from the purchase, possession or use of products.
For business customers, Kings of Tools' aggregate liability arising from an individual order shall, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this provision limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Force majeure
Kings of Tools shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial disputes, epidemics, governmental measures, border restrictions, major transport disruptions, failures of essential infrastructure or comparable events.
Where such circumstances affect a consumer order, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
18. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including text, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, videos, designs and other material, are owned by or licensed to Kings of Tools and/or the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may not be commercially reproduced, distributed, modified or otherwise exploited without permission unless permitted by law.
19. Business customers
Where a customer acts primarily for purposes relating to its trade, business, craft or profession, statutory consumer protections do not apply.
In particular, business customers do not have the statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
Separate written commercial agreements or individually agreed conditions may supplement or replace relevant provisions of these Terms.
20. Governing law and consumer protection
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU/EEA country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection available to you under laws that would otherwise apply.

22. Changes to these Terms
Kings of Tools may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, technology or applicable law.
The terms applicable to an order are generally those in effect when the relevant purchase contract was concluded, unless otherwise required by law.
