A blade engineered to flex correctly
At the heart of ParfaitLiss® is a flexible, hardened stainless-steel blade. The standard blade is only 0.3 millimetres thick, but its performance is not simply a result of being thin.
The real advantage is L’Outil Parfait’s Bi-Flex technology. The flexible steel blade works together with a reinforced profile and PVC counter-blade. This combination controls the flex across the entire width of the tool.

ParfaitLiss® is light and can be held in several positions along its profile, allowing the painter to adjust the grip according to blade width, working height and required pressure. The broad supporting profile spreads the load across the hand instead of concentrating it in the fingers and wrist.
For high walls and ceilings, the blade can be connected to L’Outil Parfait’s lightweight extension-pole system. Its adjustable head allows the working angle to be adapted to the surface, reducing climbing, overstretching and work with the arms continuously raised.

Made for modern fillers
Modern fillers behave differently from the dense traditional compounds for which conventional knives were designed. Ready-mixed lightweight fillers, roller fillers and airless spray fillers are smoother and easier to distribute, but they demand a blade that can glide across a wet surface without removing too much material.

Its thin, flexible blade follows the surface while distributing pressure evenly. It smooths roller- or spray-applied filler at high speed, with little material loss and minimal edge marking. Rather than repeatedly working the same area, the painter can often create a uniform finish in one controlled pass.
